“We love Kaslo Sourdough bread and pasta products. I am sensitive to gluten but consuming Kaslo products does not bother me. My boyfriend is diabetic. Eating Kaslo bread or pastas, does not spike his blood sugar like other regular breads and pastas in the market. While sourdough is a while bread, it is low on the glycemic index (GI) which means it releases its sugars more slowly.
