We decided to make a fun, instructional video on cooking our sourdough pastas!
- Use a large enough pot! 3-4 times larger than the amount of pasta cooked.
- Use lots of water, 1:3 pasta:water even 1:4.
- Use filtered water
- When the water comes to a boil, add a pinch of salt
- Add pasta, reduce heat but keep at a rolling boil
- Set a timer
- Remove from heat and strain pasta (no need to rinse sourdough pasta).
- Voila, add remaining ingredients!
