We decided to make a fun, instructional video on cooking our sourdough pastas!

Cooking tips:

  1. Use a large enough pot! 3-4 times larger than the amount of pasta cooked.
  2. Use lots of water, 1:3 pasta:water even 1:4.
  3. Use filtered water
  4. When the water comes to a boil, add a pinch of salt
  5. Add pasta, reduce heat but keep at a rolling boil
  6. Set a timer
  7. Remove from heat and strain pasta (no need to rinse sourdough pasta).
  8. Voila, add remaining ingredients!
