Kaslo Sourdough is collaborating with students at the University of British Columbia (UBC)!
Fourth year marketing students at the Sauder School of Business at UBC are conducting a market research survey… all about PASTA! ‘The purpose of this study is to better understand pasta consumers’ purchasing behavior and purchase decision criteria.’
The survey only takes 5 minutes to complete… and the best part is that you can be entered for a chance to win some of our delicious sourdough pastas!
What will happen with the data? The study is part of the Commerce 468 course, instructed by Professor Jenny Dickson, where students learn how to develop a strategic marketing plan using insights from market research. The results of this survey in particular, will go towards a marketing plan for Kaslo Sourdough!
